Jason Kelce is being praised online for defending his brother Travis’ name.

The former NFL star made his way to Saturday’s game between Penn State and Ohio State and was seen toting beer to the game, with fans crowding him as he headed to the stadium.

Kelce mostly ignored all the folks calling his name, but one Nittany Lions supporter got his attention after he suggested Travis was a “fa**ot” for dating Taylor Swift.

The new ESPN analyst immediately turned back, grabbed the fan’s phone, and slammed it into the ground.

“Jason Kelce is the f***ing man! Takes a dudes phone and smashes it on the ground after he calls his brother a homophobic slur,” the Crossing Broad X account captioned a video of the incident, which can be seen below.

Fans Thought Jason Kelce Did The Right Thing

Of course, Jason Kelce didn’t exactly have a right to smash a fan’s phone over something he said, whether he was recording him or not. But no one felt like he was in the wrong, and we can certainly understand why.

“Fellas is it gay to date the most popular woman on Earth?” someone asked.

“That lawsuit will be worth every penny,” someone else pointed out.

“A generation of kids that have never been punched in the face. This is the result,” another fan wrote.

“Imagine calling your dad from college and explaining why your phone is in 1000 pieces and you need a new one,” someone joked.

This could have a pretty interesting outcome.

  • The crowd at Dallas’s AT&T Stadium fell into a hush as George Strait stopped strumming mid-song, his eyes locking onto a weathered sign held high in the front row: “I got into Stanford. You said we’d sing.” The arena held its breath as a young woman stepped up onto the stage — Lily Tran, once a foster child, now a full-scholarship student at Stanford University, one of the most prestigious institutions in America. At just 9 years old, Lily had met George at a backstage meet-and-greet. She shared her dream of escaping hardship through education and music. George had knelt down, hugged her, and said gently: “When you get into college, if I’m still singing, we’ll sing together.” Today, she kept her promise. And so did he. Together, they performed the deeply emotional country classic “I Cross My Heart.” Lily’s voice trembled at first, but with each verse, she grew stronger — as if every memory, every struggle, and every hope she carried had found its way into the lyrics. The stadium, usually roaring with energy, fell silent, wrapped in the power of the moment — and then erupted into tears and applause. As the final chord faded, George turned to Lily and whispered: “You didn’t just keep your promise… you reminded me to keep mine.” The audience rose to their feet in thunderous applause — not just for a beautiful song, but for something far rarer: a moment where music became more than melody — it became hope, resilience, and a promise fulfilled. • “If I Had Only Known…” – On the evening of July 11, at Q2 Stadium in Austin, right on the banks of the Guadalupe River, a special memorial organized by the Grand Ole Opry in collaboration with local charities brought the whole of Texas to its knees. Reba McEntire, Kelly Clarkson, and Blake Shelton sang “If I Had Only Known” together — and turned it into a quiet but painful farewell for the victims of the historic floods in the Hill Country. Midway through the performance, Reba suddenly choked up and hugged Kelly Clarkson on stage. In that moment, the lights dimmed — and thousands of people below fell silent in tears. Behind them, the LED screen slowly projected images of collapsed roofs, raging waters washing away everything, and Blake Shelton stood still, his hand on his chest, his eyes looking up to the sky, tears falling. It was no longer a performance. It was a musical prayer, a moment of silence filled with humanity — to bid farewell to those who could not return, and to embrace those who remained with broken hearts… News
