Ricky Gervais is ‘going to get a slap from Will Smith’ over brutal comment about Jada and son Jaden – luuluu

Jaden Smith, 26, wore a £3,700 castle on his head at the 2025 Grammy Awards

Fans think Ricky Gervais is ‘going to get a slap from Will Smith’ after he made a savage comment about Jada and her son Jaden.

While not quite as out-there as Bianca Censori’s red carpet fit, Jaden, 26, was seen wearing a £3,700 castle on his head at the 2025 Grammy Awards earlier today (3 February).

The rest of Jaden’s get-up was made up of a black Louis Vuitton suit, though the most eye-catching piece was, without a doubt, the castle hat.

The hat, made by Abodi Transylvania, is apparently a ‘bold, modern design inspired by Transylvanian history and the vampire legends of the Bathori’.

Designed by Dora Abodi, the fit has been described as a symbol of eternity, sensuality, and resilience.

“And they say famous people are just attention seekers…” X user Matt Sibson tweeted in response to the look, as The Office star, 63, replied in the comments: “Maybe he’s bald like his mum.”

What did Ricky Gervais mean by his comment about Jada and Jaden Smith?

Maybe he’s bald like his mum.

Well, we all remember when Will Smith famously slapped Chris Rock at the Oscars in 2022.

The Academy Award winner lost his s**t when the comedian joked about his wife Jada being bald, a result of alopecia.

Rock said: “Jada, I love you. G.I. Jane 2, can’t wait to see you.”

You know what happened after that.

Now, fast-forward to the Grammys on Sunday night (2 February), singer and actor Jaden appeared at the ceremony alongside his dad Will, which was the latter’s first awards show appearance after the infamous slap.

I guess Gervais’ brutal joke about ‘being bald like his mum’ now makes a little more sense.

Commenting on the quip, one person said: “You’re going to get a slap from big Will,” referencing of course what happened to Rock a couple years ago.

It seemed the British stand-up wasn’t fazed in the slightest, replying: “Can’t wait (with a smiley face emoji).”

Gervais wasn’t alone in mocking Jaden’s Grammys look, as one social media user commented: “Jaden Smith is a 26-year-old man, this is what he wore to the Grammys tonight. Stop calling it art, stupidity must be mocked.”

“Somehow Jaden Smith’s outfit is worse than Bianca Censori’s,” another viewer wrote, referencing the fact that Kanye West’s wife turned up almost-naked.

The Australian model showed up in a fur coat, taking it off to reveal a seriously see-through dress.

She left nothing to the imagination, as Kanye shared a now-deleted statement on Instagram, which read: “Custom Couture Grammy dress for the most beautiful ever.

“My love, my best friend and my wife.”
